After a storm, the first job is making things safe: getting the weight off the roof, clearing the driveway so you can get out, and taking down anything that's still hanging. Then we come back and finish the cleanup.

Nights, weekends and holidays

Storms don't keep business hours, so we don't either. Call or text at 2 a.m., on a Sunday or on a holiday and you'll reach us. We'll ask what happened, tell you how soon a crew can get there, and tell you what to do until we arrive.

When to call us right away

• A tree or big limb is on your roof, car, fence or shed
• A fallen tree is blocking your driveway or the road
• A tree is leaning hard after a storm, with roots or soil lifting on one side
• A large limb is cracked and hanging over the house, deck or driveway
• A tree is down across a power line (call your power company first)

Before we get there

• Stay out of rooms under the damaged part of the roof.
• Stay far away from any downed power line, and call your power company first. Never touch a tree that's touching a line.
• Take photos of the damage for your insurance company before anything is moved.
• Don't climb on the roof or try to cut a tree that's under tension. Trees that are bent or pinned can snap back.
